I don't understant. I have no trouble getting into task manager. Started right up. If not, then I'm going to throw in the towel. Source

I'm having the same issue, and I can briefly see the mouse pointer, but no windows show up. Microsoft was going to schedule a call until next Friday. I've decided to use the free windows 10 download Micro.. I have the same problem he had.
