You could probably also check under CPU and sort on the CPU column. Also how damaging is it to the pc to not fix the issue? This worked wonders for me. From my part disable all option of Cortana reduce the disk usage from 100% to 15-25%.
I unistalled flash and disabled it from all my web browsers and now it seems to be fine although if i open multiple things like steam and google and microsoft edge Is my problem stemming from the use or presence of the Adobe products? Uninstall this windows update and that windows update?
