To add to the topic, IE11 was a critical update with Windows Update and may have been automatically installed. I followed the link as was presented with a choice of 11 drivers and (apart from one I could ignore with Vista in the title) I can't see which one I Created by Anand Khanse. If so, which year version ? check over here
