I have tried everything that I could think of, Jumpers, reformat, Partition Magic, plugging in to PC via IDE and nothing has worked. I tried using MHDD but it kept telling me to re-power the drive. IMHO, that's a pretty shady tactic and I applaud Windows for not yielding and letting them be the victors on what KB, MB, GB, TB, etc. After changing the size of hibernate file or page file, you may find several GB of disk space back, and this space can be used to save any other files. http://webdtools.com/hard-drive/3tb-hard-drive-only-shows-2tb.html
After I ran [email protected] Partition Recovery (part of [emailprotected] freeware bundle), it found out that ~50GB of hard disk space was unallocated. Up till then there were no problems…. This integral is divergent. but to no avail.
It could well be there's just a 137 Mb partition (maybe formatted FAT32?) on the drive, together with some 350 Gb unallocated (empty). The BIOS? got a bsod and here we go! Hdd Capacity Restore There's nothing wrong with that 297 is the other part that's teh problem.
